Didn’t they change this to Feb. 2? – Yes and No. The court order states clearly that the judge can change or nullify the agreement between the Dems and Repubs at any time. Anyone who waits to file after Jan 2, 2012 is taking a risk. We will accept applications in line with the court rulings after Jan 2, but hope you will file before then and not risk the whims of the duopoly party games.
Note: All candidates who file by Jan 2, 2012 will be on the applicable convention ballot. All candidates must win against “None of the Above” in order to proceed to the General Election ballot.
