Legal Committee
Responsible for legal work necessary to establish the Bexar County Green Party, including research on election law, legal requirements for financial filing, and other legal needs as they arise.
The BCGP Legal Committee serves as the standing by-laws working group. As BCGP grows, bylaws revisions will be necessary, and Legal will write and propose changes for submission to the General Membership. Legal will also serve BCGP by formulating bylaws changes suggested by other committees and members of BCGP.
